(K1) Dept., dated 15-03-2005. 2) G.O.Ms.No.447, G.A.(SC.X) Dept., dated 11-07-2008. 3) Note from the Secretary, M.W. Dept., dated 13-01-2012. 4) Govt.Memo.No.275/O.P/A2/12-1, dated 13-01-2012. 5) From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, Sectt., Hyd., Lr.Rc.No.155/A//CDS/12, dated 27-01-2012. ******* ORDER: In terms of the orders issued in the references 1st & 2nd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.6,835/- (Rupees six thousand eight hundred and thirty five only) to Dr. Mohd. Ali Rafath, Secretary to Govt., Minorities Welfare Department, towards reimbursement of Medical expenses for treatment to self i.e., some medical tests in Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad on 13-01-2012. 2. The amount sanctioned in Para-(1) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2251 - Social Services - 090 - Secretariat – S.H. (15) - Minorities Welfare Department - 010 - Salaries - 017 - Medical Reimbursement”. 3. Certified that the Medical bills have been scrutinized by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad, vide reference 5th read above. 4. The Minorities Welfare (OP-Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the retired Officer. 5.
