Whereas, an inquiry under Rule-20 of A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 is being held against Sri P.Bala Kishan, Municipal Commissioner, Yellandu Municipality on the allegation that he has failed to follow the procedure and registration of Principal Employer in engaging (82) contract labourers for maintenance of sanitation and water supply works in Yellandu Municipality 2. In the reference 3rd read above, orders were issued appointing Inquiry Officer in this case. 3. After examination of the matter, it is considered that a Presenting Officer should be appointed to present the case in support of the Articles of Charges on behalf of the disciplinary authority. 4. Now, therefore, the disciplinary authority, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (5) of Rule 20 of the A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby appoint Sri Ahmed Safiullah, Municipal Commissioner, Yellandu Municipality as Presenting Officer. 5. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall present the case on behalf of Disciplinary Authority and provide the required material such as articles of charges, explanation of Charged Officers etc. to the Presenting Officer immediately.
