Read:- From the VC, VUDA, Visakhapatnam Lr.Rc.No.11693/07/1-1, dt.11.11.2011. * * * ORDER:- It has been brought to the notice of the Government, that different methods / practices are being adopted in Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and Urban Development Authorities (UDAs) for finalization of tenders and there is a need to have uniform system. Hence, it was decided to constitute a Technical Committee to study existing system in different Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and Urban Development Authorities (UDAs) with reference to respective Acts & Rules and to suggest suitable procedure. 2. Therefore, Government hereby constitutes a Technical Committee with the following members to study tender procedure system in different Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and Urban Development Authorities (UDAs) with reference to respective Acts & Rules and to suggest uniform system: 1. Sri Pandu Ranga Rao, Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), Hyderabad. 2. Sri Dhan Singh, Engineer-in-Chief, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad. 3. Sri Imtiaz, Chief Engineer, APUFIDC, Hyderabad. 4. Sri Madhav Raj, Incharge Chief Engineer, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Hyderabad. 4. The Committee shall submit their recommendations within one month and Engineer-in-Chief (PH) shall co-ordinate and furnish the same to Government.
