Whereas in the reference 1st read above, Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration Department, was appointed as Inquiry Officer to inquire into the charges framed against the officers mentioned in para (1) above. 3. In the reference 2nd read above, General Administration (COI) Department have requested to issue revised orders appointing Sri Jitender, IPS, COI, G.A.(COI) Department as Inquiring Authority in place Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, COI, G.A.(COI) Department, who was retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.12.2011. 4. After examination and in exercise of powers conferred under Rule 20 (2) of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control &Appeal) Rules, 1991, Government hereby appoint Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration Department, as Inquiry Authority in place of Dr.Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS (Retd), COI, G.A.(COI) Department to inquire into the charges framed against officers mentioned in para ( 1 ) above. 5. The Inquiry Authority will conduct the enquiry as stipulated under the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control &Appeal) Rules, 1991 and will furnish report within (three) months as per the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.679, G.A.(Ser.C) Department, dt.01-11-2008.
