Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule- 20 of APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991, the Disciplinary Authority hereby reassign Sri Jitender, IPS., Member C.O.I., GA Department as Inquiry Authority in place of Sri Subhrendu Battacharya IAS., (Retd), COI., GA Department to inquire in to the charges framed against Sri 1) A.
