Read the following:
1) G.O.Ms.No.449/GA(OP.VII) Department, dated: 4-9-2006.
2) Note received from P.S to Spl. Chief Secretary to Government, RSAD
Department along with news paper bill, dated:06-02-2012.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.360/- (Rupees Three Hundred and
Sixty only) to M/s Chitty Agency, News Papers & Magazines, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad
towards cost of News papers supplied to the residence of Special Chief Secretary to
Government during the month October, 2011.
2. T he expenditure sanctioned in Para-1 above shall be debited to “3451 - Secretariat
Economic Services - 090 - Secretariat - 26 - Rain Shadow Areas Development
Department - 130 - Office Expenses - 132 - Other office expenses”.
3. The RSAD (Claims) Department is requested to credit the same to the account in
favour Sri Prabhakar D.Thomas, Special Chief Secretary to Government, RSAD
Department i.e., 52088423927, SBH., A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the
orders in force.
