From the DMA Roc.No.20906/2010/C3, dt.17-01-2012. *** O R D E R : In the reference 1 read above, disciplinary proceedings were initiated st against Sri.N.Yadagiri Rao, the then Municipal Commissioner, Yellandu Municipality and others by issuing articles of charges on the allegation of failing for failed to take appropriate action for submission of proposals for regularization of service of NMR’s in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212, Finance Department, Dt.22-04-1994. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Charged Officer has submitted his Written Statement of Defense, wherein he has denied all the Charges and also requested the Government to consider his case and exonerate him from the charges and drop further action against him. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, specific remarks of DMA were called for on the Written Statement of Defense of the above C.O. In the reference 4th read above, the Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad has submitted his remarks, wherein it is stated that the above Charged Officer name is not mentioned in the Preliminary Enquiry report dt.06-08-2010 for non submission of the information on regularization of NMR’s. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby drop further action against Sri N.Yadagiri Rao, the then Municipal Commissioner, Yellandu Municipality and exonerated him of the above charges. 5. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
