G.O.Rt.No.1844, M.A.& U.D.(Vig.IV.2) Department, dated 27.12.2008. 3. U.O. Note No.23/COI-R/2012, dated 04.02.2012 of the General- Administration [ COI-R ] Department. ---- ORDER:- Whereas, in the reference 2nd read above, Dr.Subhrendu Bhattacharya, I.A.S., Commissioner of Inquiries, has been appointed as Inquiring Authority, to inquire into the charges framed against 1) Sri. S.Govindaiah, Health Assistant, 2) Sri. K.Prasad, Health Assistant and 3) Sri.B.V.V.Satyanarayana, Municipal Health Officer, Kakinada Municipality, under Rule 20 of A.P.Civil Services (C.C.& A) Rules,1991. 2. And whereas, in the reference 3rd read above, General Administration (COI-R) Department have issued instructions regarding reassignment of cases from Dr.Subhrendu Bhattacharya, I.A.S., General Administration (Commissioner of Enquiries), to Sri.Jitender, I.P.S., Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration Department and requested to issue revised orders accordingly. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule- 20 of A.P. Civil Services (C.C.& A) Rules,1991, the Disciplinary Authority hereby appoint Sri.Jitender, I.P.S., Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration (COI) Department, as Inquiring Authority in place of Dr.Subhrendu Bhattacharya, I.A.S., to inquire into the charges framed against 1) Sri. S.Govindaiah, Health Asst. 2) Sri. K.Prasad, Health Asst. and 3) Sri.B.V.V.Satyanarayana, Municipal Health Officer, Kakinada Municipality. 4.
