Read:- From the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, Letter GHMC/KC/E/2011-12, dated 04.01.2012. -- o0o -- O R D E R : In the reference read above, the Commissioner, GHMC has stated that the Armed Forces Officers Cooperative Housing Society, Sainikpuri, Hyderabad is existing in the Division No.134 (P) Yapral, Kapra Circle wherein most of the residents are belongs to armed forces. The colony does not have underground drainage system and presently the sewerage is let out in the soackpits constructed in their respective premises. As this is causing un-hygenic conditions in the colony, the Armed Forces Officers Cooperative Housing Society, Sainikpuri, Hyderabad has came forward to deposit 50% of the project cost for taking up underground drainage by GHMC. Accordingly, the estimates are prepared for providing underground drainage in Sainikpuri which is worked out to `194.00 lakhs (50% public contribution – `97.00 lakhs and 50% GHMC contribution - `97.00 lakhs). The Standing Committee, GHMC vide Resolution No.655, dated 28.04.2011 and the General Body of GHMC vide Resolution No.169, dated 03.11.2011 has recommended to Government for according administrative and requested to accord administrative sanction for an amount of `97.00 lakhs (GHMC contribution) for the work of providing underground drainage system in Sainikpuri as per the financing pattern 50% public contribution and 50% GHMC contribution. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of `97.00 lakhs (Rupees ninety seven lakhs only) to the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation for meeting the expenditure for underground drainage in Sainikpuri (50% of `97.00 lakhs GHMC and 50% of `97.00 lakhs public contribution), subject to condition that the said amount shall be met from their own funds and no additional funds will be sanctioned from Government in future also 3. The Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation shall take necessary action accordingly. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.
