Note No.23/COI- R/2012, dated: 04-02-2012. ---- ORDER:- Whereas, in the reference 1st read above, Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, I.A.S., has been appointed as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against Sri K.Allabhaksh, Accountant and Manager (incharge) and Sri Tailor Shafiulla Khan, Sharoff, Ananthapur Municipal Corporation, Ananthapur District under Rule 20 of A.P. Civil Services (C.C.& A.), Rules, 1991. 2. And whereas, in the reference 2nd read above, the General Administration (COI-R) Department have informed that Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, I.A.S, was retired from service the attaining the age of superannuation on 31-12-2011, and the case has been re-assigned to Sri Jitender, I.P.S., Commissioner of Inquiries General Administration (COI) Department and requested to issue revised orders appointing Sri Jitender, I.P.S., as Inquiring Authority in place of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, I.A.S. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 20 of A.P. Civil Services (C.C.& A.), Rules, 1991, the disciplinary authority hereby appoint Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration (COI) Department as Inquiring Authority, in place of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, I.A.S., (Retd) General Administration Department to inquire into the charges framed against Sri K.Allabhaksh, Accountant and Manager (in charge) and Sri Tailor Shafiulla Khan, Sharoff, Ananthapur Municipal Corporation, Ananthapur District. 4.
