From the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad Lr.Roc.No.21144/2011/J1, Dated 5.1.2012 *** O R D E R : In his letter 2nd read above, the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has informed that certain disciplinary cases pending against Sri.P.Balakrishna, Joint Director (retired), while he was working at different stations and hence all pensionary benefits cannot be sanctioned to the retired officer under Rule 9 and 52 of A.P.Revised Pension Rules. The Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has therefore requested the Government to issue necessary orders for payment of provisional pension to Sri.P.Balakrishna, Joint Director (retired), at an early date. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, under Rule 52 (1)(a) of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 read with orders issued in the reference 1st read above, hereby accord sanction for payment of provisional pension to Sri.P.Balakrishna, Joint Director(retired), at the rate of 75% (Seventy five percent only) of the normal pension entitlement to the individual from the date of his retirement till finalization of disciplinary cases pending against him. 3.
