MINORITIES WELFARE (MFC) DEPARTMENT G.O. Rt. No. 28 Dated: 06-02-2012. Read:- G.O.Rt.No. 406, Finance (Expr.SW) Department, Dated: 06.02.2012. -******- ORDER:- In the G.O. read above, Finance (Expr.SW) Department have issued Budget Release Order to the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.21,81,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty one crores eighty one lakhs only) towards Post Matric Scholarships to Minority Students for the academic year 2011-12 out of the above amount of Rs. 13,19,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen crores nineteen lakhs only) within B.E. 2011-12 remaining of Rs. 8,62,00,000/- (Rupees Eight crores sixty two lakhs only) as additional funds released in relaxation of T.C. order pending provision of funds by way of Supplementary grants during 2011-12 at appropriate time and requested to issue Administrative Sanction Order. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for incurring an expenditure of Rs.21,81,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty one crores eighty one lakhs only) towards Post Matric Scholarships to Minority Students for the academic year 2011-12 under Plan Funds B.E 2011-12 out of the above amount of Rs. 13,19,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen crores nineteen lakhs only) within B.E. 2011-12 remaining of Rs. 8,62,00,000/- (Rupees Eight crores sixty two lakhs only) as additional funds released in relaxation of T.C. order pending provision of funds by way of Supplementary grants during 2011-12 at appropriate time and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, APSMFC, Hyderabad is requested to send necessary proposals for appropriation of funds. 3. The Expenditure on account of the above shall be debited to the following head of account as detailed below:- “2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs 80 - General MH-800 – Other Expenditure GH-11 - NSP SH-12 - Scholarships to Minority Students 340 - Scholarships & Stipends” 4. The amount indicated at para 1 above shall be debited and adjusted to APSMFC Credit Head: 8449 – Other Deposits, MH : 120 – Miscellaneous Deposits, SH : (38) – Deposits of A.P.S. Minorities Finance Corporation Ltd., P.D. Acc. No. 35. ” (PTO): 2 : 5. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., Assistant Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare (OP/Claims) Department is authorized to draw and disburse the amount as detailed at para 2 above in favour of the Institution for implementation of the Scheme.
