From the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad Lr.Roc.No.14619/2011/J1, Dated 19.11.2011 *** O R D E R : In his letter 2nd read above, the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has informed that Sri.P.V.Rama Murthy, Municipal Commissioner has retired from service on 31.7.2011 on attaining the age of superannuation and certain disciplinary cases pending against the retired officer, while he was working at different stations and hence all pensionary benefits cannot be sanctioned to the retired officer under Rule 9 and 52 of A.P.Revised Pension Rules. The Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has therefore requested the Government to issue necessary orders for payment of provisional pension to Sri.P.V.Rama Murthy, Municipal Commissioner (retired), at an early date. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, under Rule 52 (1)(a) of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 read with orders issued in the reference 1st read above, hereby accord sanction for payment of provisional pension to Sri.P.V.Rama Murthy, Municipal Commissioner (retired), at the rate of 75% (Seventy five percent only) of the normal pension entitlement to the individual from the date of his retirement till finalization of disciplinary cases pending against him. 3.
