The period of absence of the MOS in connection with the above tour including the journey time both ways shall be treated as `on duty’ and the officer shall be eligible for TA & DA under F.R.(9)(6)(b)(i). 2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account to which the Pay and Allowances are debitable. 3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force.
