O R D E R:
In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued to place the services of Sri J.
Prasad, Deputy Director, DTA, Sanga Reddy, Medak, at the disposal of MAUD
Department to work as Finance Manager, MSU-APMDP O/o Director of Municipal
Administration, Hyderabad on deputation basis.
2. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad vide reference 2nd read
above, has submitted that Smt. R. Janaki, Sr. Accounts Officer, O/o PR Accountant
General (A&E), TN, Chennai offered her candidature to work as Accounts Officer or
any other equivalent post on deputation in APMDP. As the experience and qualification
of Smt.R.Janaki, Sr.Accounts Officer, O/o AG Chennai were best suited to the long term
Audit requirements at HOD. Mean while, the Government has issued orders posting
Sri J.Prasad, Deputy Director & DTO at Medak for the above post. Further, the DMA,
Hyderabad has submitted that some of the long term accounting & Audit requirements
which are felt would be best fulfilled by taking the individual Smt.R.Janaki, Sr.Accounts
Officer, O/o AG Chennai on board as Finance Manager, APMDP and requested the
Government to reconsider the candidature of Smt.R.Janaki, Sr.Accounts Officer O/o AG
Chennai, for the post of Financial Manager, APMDP O/o DMA, Hyderabad.
3. The Principal Accountant General (A&E), TN, Chennai vide reference 3rd read
above, have issued have issued no objection certificate in respect of Ms. R. Janaki, Sr.
Accounts Officer to the post of Finance Manager in the O/o Project Director, APMDP,
Hyderabad.
4. In G.O. 4th read above, the proposal of MA&UD Department to utilize the
services of Smt R. Janaki, Sr. Accounts Officer who is working in the O/o Principal
Accountant General, TN, Chennai A.G.. Chennai, as Finance Manager, APMDP in the
O/o DMA, Hyderabad on deputation as per the terms and conditions of Foreign Service
deputation by canceling the orders issued vide G.O. 4th read above.
5. Accordingly, Government hereby post Smt. R. Janaki, Sr. Accounts Officer, O/o
PR Accountant General (A&E), TN, Chennai as Finance Manager, Municipal
Strengthening Unit , APMDP O/o DMA, Hyderabad on deputation basis on her own pay
initially for a period of two years from date of her joining , subject to the terms and
conditions of foreign service deputation.
6. The Principal Accountant General (A&E), TN, Chennai is requested to relieve the
said Officer immediately so as to enable her to join as Finance Manager, Municipal
Strengthening Unit, APMDP O/o DMA, Hyderabad.

7. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad / Project Director, (APMDP)
shall take action accordingly.
8. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their
U.O.No.4042-A/38/A2/Admin.I/2012, Dated: 1.3.2012.
