N.Narasamma, the then TPO, Sri T.L.Ramesh Kumar, the then TPBO and Sri Syed Sayeeduddin, the then TPBO of Karimnagar Municipality and others for allowing unauthorized construction in Karimnagar Municipality and submitted a report to the Government. 2. In the reference 5th to 8th read above, disciplinary proceedings have been instituted against Sri Ch.Papaiah, the then M.C (Retd.), Smt. N.Narasamma, the then TPO, Sri T.L.Ramesh Kumar, the then TPBO and Sri Syed Sayeeduddin, the then TPBO of Karimnagar Municipality. 3. In the reference 11th & 12th read above, Government after examining the statements of defenses and having not satisfied with the explanations, Sri V.Narendar Rao, Joint Director, O/o Director of Town & Country Planning, Hyderabad and Sri A.Suresh, Joint Director O/o Director of Town & Country Planning, Hyderabad have been appointed as E.O. and P.O. respectively. 4. In the reference 13th read above, the Enquiry Officer Sri V.Narendar Rao, Addl. Chief City Planner, GHMC, Hyderabad & E.O. has submitted enquiry report. 5. Government, after examination of the enquiry report, a copy of the Enquiry Report has been communicated to the charged officers for their written representation on the findings of Enquiry Officer under Rule 21(2) of APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991. …..2..-2- 6. Government after examination of the report of the Inquiring Authority and explanations of Sri Ch.Papaiah, the then M.C (Retd.), Smt. N.Narasamma, the then TPO, Sri T.L.Ramesh Kumar, the then TPBO and Sri Syed Sayeeduddin, the then TPBO of Karimnagar Municipality have decided to drop further action and exonerate from the charges against them. 7. Accordingly, Government hereby drop further action and exonerate from the charges against Sri Ch.Papaiah, the then M.C (Retd.), Smt.
