From Director of Municipal Administration lr Roc.No.6267/ 2010/ XIII.FC/ DMA, dt.15.12.2011. <>0<> ORDER In the circumstances stated by the Director of Municipal Administration, AP, Hyderabad in the letter fourth read above, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby issue the following further amendment to the Guidelines on preparation of Annual Development Plan by Urban Local Bodies for Improvement of Urban Services with Grants under 13th Finance Commission issued in the GOs 1st ,2nd and 3rd read above. AMENDMENT 2. In the G.O.Rt.No.532, MA&UD (R) Department dated:14.05.2010 read with G.O.Rt.No.1474, MA, dated 24.12.2010, the following shall be substituted in the Guidelines issued at para 5.1 of the admissible component . ‘5.1 – Integrated Solid Waste Management under PPP mode including purchase of equipment for collection and transport of garbage by garbage by utilizing the funds released under 13th Finance Commission Grants in case of newly constituted Nagar Panchayats / Municipalities and procurement of land for dumpsites and development” 3. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.2620/09/FC.I/2012, dated 22-02-2012.
