ORDER:
Under Rule 15 (C) of General Provident Fund Rules, Smt. C. Parveen Baig, Joint
Secretary to Govt., Minorities Welfare Department is hereby sanctioned a Part-final
Withdrawal of Rs.86,222/- (Rupees eighty six thousand two hundred and twenty two only)
from her G.P.F. Account No.38295/GA to meet the medical expenses of her dependent
Mother as a special case.
2. Smt. C. Parveen Baig, Joint Secretary to Govt., Minorities Welfare Dept., is drawing
a pay of Rs.48,160/- (i.e., Basic pay) and has put in 34 years of service as on the date of her
application for sanction of G.P.F. Part-final withdrawal. The Officer is due to retire on 31-
08-2014 on attaining the age of her superannuation.
3. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Minorities Welfare (OP.Claims) Department
is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in Para-(1) above and disburse the same to the
Officer concerned.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules
in vogue.
