Read:- From the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, Letter No.CE(M)/GHMC/TA-I/K3/2011/177, dated 24.06.2011. -- o0o -- O R D E R: In the reference read above, the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, has requested to accord approval for `31,12,48,650/- (GHMC share `24,30,99,891/- and Railway Share `6,81,40,759/-) for construction of RUB near Safilguda Railway Station at Level Crossing No.254.T. The General Body of the Corporation vide Resolution No.136, dated 17.04.2011 has accorded approval of the proposal. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of `Rs.31,12,48,650/- (GHMC share `24,30,99,891/- and Railway Share `6,81,40,759/-). (Rupees thirty one crore twelve lakhs forty eight thousand six hundred and fifty only) for construction of RUB near Safilguda Railway Station at Level Crossing No.254.T, subject to condition that the funds will be met from Head of Account “ROB / RUB” GHMC funds for the year 2011-12 and without resorting to any funds from the Government in future. 3. The Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.3132/51/A1/Expr(M&F)/12, dated 23.02.2012.
