ORDER: Under Clause (4) of Section – 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Payment of Salaries and removal of Disqualifications Act, 1953 (Act-11 of 1954), Income Tax on behalf of the Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department shall be paid by the State Government taking into consideration the salary and other allowances etc., paid to them, Income Tax is due to be paid for the Financial Year 2011-2012 on behalf of the Hon’ble Minister for M.A. & U.D. Department . 2. Under clause (3) of A.P. Payment of Salaries and removal of Disqualification Act, 1953 under sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 33,651/- (Rs. thirty three thousand six hundred and fifty one only) As Income Tax for the period from 01- 03-2011 to 29-02-2012 payable to the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax T.D.S. Circle, 14 (2), Ayakar Bhavan, Hyderabad towards Income Tax payable by the State Government on behalf of the Hon’ble Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department 3. The expenditure in para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2013 – Council of Ministeres – MH – 101 – Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers – SH – 04 – Salary of Ministers and Dy. Ministers – 010 – Salaries”. 4. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad is requested to issue an “ECS” cheque and amount may be credited to Bank A/c. of the Drawingin and Disbursing Officer, M.A. & U.D. Department after the amount accountable in Bank the Drawing and Disbursing Officer to issue A/c. Payee cheque in favor of the Deputy Commissioner, Income Tax T.D.S.
