ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded under Rule 14(i)(a)(ii) read with 14 (1) of the
General Provident Fund Rules for temporary advance of Rs.86,500/- (Rupees
eighty six thousand five hundred only) to Sri G.Ganesh, P.S. to Secretary to
Government out of his G.P.F. accumulation (Account No.60793/GA) to meet the
higher education expenses to his children.
2. An amount of Rs. 93,500/- is outstanding from previously sanctioned
temporary advance to the individual, now the sanctioned amount of Rs.86,500/-
in para 1 above is aggregated to Rs. 1,80,000/- shall be recovered in 24
monthly installments @ Rs.7,500/- per month commencing from the salary of
March, 2012 payable at 1st April, 2012.
3. The amount sanctioned in Para (1) above shall be debited to the following
head of account:-
“8009-State Provident Fund; 01-Civil – 101- G.P.F.(regular) -01-GPF”.
4. The Municipal Administration & Urban Development (OP.Claims)
Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individual.
