Secretariat, Hyderabad Letter RC. 335/CDS/11, dated:25-02-2012. ORDER: Sri Prabhakar D.Thomas, IAS, Special Chief Secretary to Government has submitted medical claim for Rs.2,331/- towards medical treatment for Glacouma during the period from 17-11-2011 to 19-11-2011 obtained for his wife as outpatient at Government Lions Club of Hyderabad, Sadhuram Eye Hospital, Hyderabad.. 2. In the reference 3rd read above the bills have been sent to the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat with a request to scrutiny the bills and intimate the eligible amount to be sanction. 3. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, after scrutiny of the bills, has reported that an amount of Rs. 2,200/- is admissible for reimbursement. 4. Sanction is hereby, accorded for payment of Rs. 2,200/- (Rupees Two Thousand Two Hundred only) to Sri Prabhakar D.Thomas, IAS, Special Chief Secretary to Government, RSAD Department towards medical expenses incurred by him for his wife’s treatment for Glacouma during the period from 17-11-2011 to 19-11-2011 in terms of AIS (MA) Rules, 1954 and as certified by the Civil Surgeon. 5. The amount sanctioned in Para-4 above shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat Economic Services – 090 – Secretariat – 26 – Rain Shadow Areas Development Department – 010 – Salaries -017 Medical Reimbursement –Voted”.6. The RSAD (Claims) Department is requested to remit the same in the account in favour of Sri Prabhakar D.Thomas, IAS, Special Chief Secretary to Government, RSAD Department. 7 This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force. 8.
