Department – Expenditure - Sanctioned - Orders - Issued.

1) G.O.Rt.No.449, G.A.(OP.VII)Dept., dated 4.9.2006.
2) Newspaper bill received from Sri M. Subhan Khan, Dy. Secy.

O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two hundred
and fifty only) to Sri M. Subhan Khan, Deputy Secretary to Government,
Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department, towards the
reimbursement of the News Paper charges of the officer for the month of
February, 2012. The officer has paid the news paper charges, which have to be
reimbursed to the officer.
2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account under “2251 -
Secretariat Social Services - M.H. - 090 - Secretariat –Municipal Administration
& Urban Development Department– SH 07 –130 - Office expenses – 132 -
Other Office expenses”.
3. The Municipal Administration and Urban Development (OP-Claims)
Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (1) above
to Sri M. Subhan Khan, Deputy Secretary to Government, Municipal
Administration & Urban Development Department in their Bank A/c.
No.52088448013, SBH, Secretariat, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as
per the orders in force.
