Section Officer., CAF & CS Department in his application 2nd read above has requested to reimburse an amount of Rs.1,894/- ( Rupees One thousand Eight hundred and Ninety Four only ) towards medical bills expenses incurred by him towards the treatment obtained for his father for Gall blader treatment at Care Hospital, Hyderabad during the Period of November-December, 2011. 2. The Civil Dispensary, Secretariat in its report 4th read above after scrutiny of the medical bills of the individual in terms of G.O. 1st read above has recommended for reimbursement of Rs.1,894/- ( Rupees One thousand Eight hundred and Ninety Four only ) 3. The Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.1,894/- ( Rupees One thousand Eight hundred and Ninety Four only ) to Sri L.Sudhakar, Asst. Section Officer., CAF & CS Department, towards reimbursement of Medical Bills expenses incurred by him towards the treatment obtained for his father during the Period of November-December, 2011. 4. The amount sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451-Secretariat Economic Services - MH 090- Secretariat S.H(04) Food & Civil Supplies Department –017 Medical Reimbursement”. 5. The Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies (OP) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 3 above and disburse the same to the individual. 6.
