From the GA (C.O.I-R) Department U.O.Note No.23/COI-R/ 2012, dt.04.03.2012. <<O>> OR DER Whereas in the reference 1st read above, Sri Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS., Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration Department has been appointed as Inquiring Authority to enquire into the charges framed against Sri G. Koteswar Rao, the then S.E., (PH)(Now Retd.) on certain irregularities in tender process in construction of 45 MLD Rapid Gravitation Filtration Plant in Guntur. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the General Administration (COI-R) Dept., have informed that Sri Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS., was retired on superannuation on 31.12.2011 and the case has been reassigned to Sri Jitender, IPS., Commissioner of Inquiries and requested to issue revised orders appointing Sri.Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries as enquiring authority in place of Sri Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, General Administration (COI) Department. 3. Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule-20 of APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991, the Disciplinary Authority hereby appoints Sri Jitender, IPS., Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration Department as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against Sri G. Koteswar Rao, the then S.E., (PH) (now retired) on the irregularities committed by him in tender process in construction of 45 MLD Rapid Gravitation Filtration Plant in Guntur. 4.
