From the District Minorities Welfare Officer, Chittoor, Lr.No.A/39/DMWO/CTR/2002, Dt: 13.02-2012 ********* ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read above Government have accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.35.00 Lakhs ( Rupees thirty five lakhs only) towards construction of Urdu-Ghar-Cum Shadikhana at Tirupathi and released an amount of Rs.30.00 Lakhs (Rupees thirty lakhs only). In the letter 3rd read above, Dr. K. Chiranjeevi, M.L.A, Tirupathi has requested to accord administrative sanction for Rs.64.65 Lakhs and release the balance amount of Rs.34.65 Lakhs for immediate completion of “Shadi Mahal” in Tirupathi. In the letter 4th read above, the District Minorities Welfare Officer, Chittoor has reported that the District Collector, Chittoor has furnished proposal for according administrative sanction for Rs.64.65 Lakhs for construction of Urdu-Ghar-Cum Shadikhana at Tirupathi as per the estimate prepared by the Municipal Commissioner, Tirupathi. An amount of Rs.20.00 Lakhs released to the Municipal Commissioner, Tirupathi so far from out of the earlier sanctioned amount available for Urdu-Ghar-Cum Shadikhana, Tirupathi. A Balance amount of Rs. 44.65 lakhs required for completion of the Shadikhana Work which is in the execution. The District Minorities Welfare Officer, Chittoor has further reported that an amount of Rs.30.00 Lakhs has been released so far for both old and new Shadikhana buildings. An amount of Rs.28.20 Lakhs has been utilized so far for execution of both the buildings (Old building Rs.8.20 Lakhs and new building Rs.20.00 Lakhs). As such out of the estimated cost of Rs.64.65 Lakhs for new building, only Rs.20.00 Lakhs was released to the Municipal Commissioner, Tirupathi so far. An amount of Rs.44.65 Lakhs is required for completion of new Building work by the Municipal Commissioner, Tirupathi. (PTO):: 02 :: The District Minorities Welfare Officer, Tirupathi has therefore, requested the Government to accord administrative sanction for Rs.64.65 Lakhs for the new building of Urdu-Ghar-Cum Shadikhana at Tirupathi as already requested by the District Collector, Chittoor and to release the balance amount of Rs.44.65 Lakhs for the new building of Urdu-Ghar-Cum Shadikhana, Tirupathi. Government after careful consideration, hereby accord revised administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.64.65 Lakhs (Rupees sixty four lakhs and sixty five thousands only) for construction of Urdu-Ghar-Cum Shadikhana at Tirupathi, Chittoor District. The required balance of funds to a tune of Rs.44.65 Lakhs (Rupees Forty four Lakhs and Sixty five thousands only) as requested by the District Minorities Welfare Officer, Chittoor for completion of the Urdu-Ghar-Cum Shadikhana at Tirupathi, Chittoor District shall be sanctioned by the Government in Planning Department, from the balance funds available under the Special Development Fund, for Welfare and Development activities. The District Collector, Chittoor District / The Director/Secretary, Urdu Academy of A.P. / The District Minorities Welfare Officer, Chittoor shall take necessary action accordingly.
