In the G.O. 3rd read above, Budget Release Order was issued for an amount of Rs.3844.58 lakhs ( Thirty eight crores forty four lakhs and fifty eight thousand only) B.E.2011-12 for water supply improvement scheme / under ground drainage scheme to Vikarabad Municipality under Plan Scheme– Administrative Sanction from the B.E.2011-2012 . 3. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.3844.58 lakhs ( Thirty eight crores forty four lakhs and fifty eight thousand only) to the Managing Director, APUFIDC Limited, Hyderabad, for water supply improvement scheme / under ground drainage scheme to Vikarabad Municipality from the B.E.2011-2012 under Plan Scheme. 4. The amount sanctioned in para (3) above, shall be met from the BRO issued by the Finance (Expr. The Managing Director, APUFIDC Hyderabad shall take necessary action to release the above sanctioned amount and to submit expenditure particulars and Utilization Certificates to the Accountant General, Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad and to Government of India and also to this Department on monthly basis. 8.
