Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No.75, MA&UD Deptt., Dt.18-1-2012. 2. Govt., Lr.No.6349/H2/2012, Dt.7-3-2012. 3. From the VC, VUDA, Visakhapatnam Lr.Rc.No.11693/07/1-1, Dt.12.3.2012. * * * ORDER:- In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued entrusting the case of allotment of sites in Sy.No.127 of Madhurawada Village in Ozone Valley Phase-II, by VUDA for detailed enquiry by the Director General, Vigilance & Enforcement Department. 2. Now it has been further brought to the notice of the Government that allotment of house sites/lands in various other survey numbers and Layouts in VUDA area were also made in violation of rules. 3. In the reference 2nd read above, the VC, VUDA, Visakhapatnam has been requested to furnish a detailed report in the matter. The VC, VUDA, Visakhapatnam has furnished his report vide letter 3rd read above. 4. Government after examining the report of the VC, VUDA, Visakhapatnam and decided to entrust this case also to the Director General, Vigilance & Enforcement Department for conducting a detailed enquiry into the matter in continuation of the earlier orders issued vide reference 1st read above. 5. The Director General, Vigilance & Enforcement Department is therefore requested to conduct a detailed enquiry into the irregularities in allotment of house sites/lands in various other survey numbers and Layouts in VUDA area and furnish enquiry report to the Government bringing out the revenue loss caused to the authority and also the persons responsible for the irregularities, within 3 months. 6. Copies of relevant material available are furnished herewith. Any other relevant material required, may be obtained from the VC, VUDA, Visakhapatnam.
