No. 220, MA & UD (B2) Department, Dated:09-02-2008. 3. G.O. Rt. No. 895, MA & UD (B2) Department, Dated:27-06-2009. 4. G.O. Rt. No. 806, MA & UD (B2) Department, Dated:25-06-2011. 5. From the DT&CP, Hyderabad, Proc. No. 12090/2007/M2, Dated :01-03-2012. 6. From the Commissioner, GVMC, Visakhapatnam , in Lr. Rc. No. 5969/2010/G1, Dated:06-03-2012. (cid:85)(cid:85)(cid:85) O R D E R: - In the reference 4th read above orders were issued extending the deputation of Sri Ch. Madhusudhana Rao, Town Planning Supervisor working as Assistant City Planner i/c for a further period of one year as per the terms and conditions stipulated in the reference 1st read above. 2. In the reference 5th read above, the Director of Town & Country Planning, A.P. Hyderabad has issued proceedings repatriating the above individual to his original post and place i.e., Ichapuram Municipality. 3. In the reference 6th read above, the Commissioner, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation has requested the Government to issue orders for continuation of the services of Sri Ch. Madhusudhana Rao, Town Planning Assistant on his own pay in Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation by extending the deputation period for a further period of one year duly cancelling the repatriation orders. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter and keeping in view recommendation of the Commissioner, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation in the letter 6th read above and in modification to the proceeding of the Director of Town and Country Planning in the reference 5th read above, hereby extend the deputation of Sri Ch. Madhusudhana Rao, Town Planning Supervisor, Ichapuram Municipality, in Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation as Assistant City Planner (i/c) on his own pay for a further period of six months with effect from 10-02-2012. 5. Government further direct that, after expiry of the above deputation period, the individual be relieved to his original post forthwith. 6. The Pay and Allowances during the deputation period shall be borne by the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation. P.T.O:: 2 :: 7.
