dated 01-10-2011, 01-11-2011, 01-12-2011, 01-01-2012, &
08-02-2012.

ORDER:
In terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, sanction is hereby
accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.1,750/- (Rupees one thousand seven hundred
and fifty only) towards supply of Newspaper during the months of September, 2011 to
January, 2012 (i.e., 5 months).
2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-(1) above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “2225 - Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward
Classes - 80 - General – M.H. (001) - Direction and Administration - S.H. (01) - Headquarters
Office - 130 - Office expenses - 131 - Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges”.
3. The Minorities Welfare (O.P-Claims) Department shall draw the Cheque in favour
of M/s. Syed Azeemuddin, Newspaper Supplier, Yellareddyguda, Hyderabad and send to
them.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Dept., as per rules in
force.
