From the DMA, Hyd., Roc.No.692/2004-A1, dt.13-12-2011. &&& O R D E R In the GO 5th read above, orders were issued abating further action against Dr.C.Vijaya Kumar, the then RDMA Rajahmundry, since the charged officer expired on 23-10-2008. 2. In the reference 6th read above, the Director of Municipal administration, A.P., Hyderabad, has requested the Government to issue necessary orders regularizing the suspension period of late Dr.C.Vijaya Kumar, the then Regional Director – cum – Appellate Commissioner, Rajahmundry (Retd) from 07-08-2004 to 03-11-2004. He is also reported that the Charged Officer was convicted U/s 235 (1) Cr.P.C. for the offence U/s 354 IPC etc., by the Hon’ble Principal Assistant Sessions Judge court, Rajahmundry on 25-01-07 vide SC.No.80/2006. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby regularize the suspension period from 07-08-2004 to 03-11-2004 as “ Not on Duty” as per the proviso Under FR 54-B(5) and (7) in respect of Late Dr.C.Vijaya Kumar, the then Regional Director–cum–Appellate Commissioner, Rajahmundry (Retd), as the suspension is justified. 4. The Director of Municipal administration, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action accordingly.
