From Enquiry Officer, Lr.Roc.No.1283/10/A3,dt.12.01.2011. *** ORDER In the reference 1st read above, it was brought to the notice of Government by the Hon’ble Lokayukta that certain irregularities were committed in the process of leasing out the canteen as well as shop room by the Municipal Commissioner and other staff of Yemmiganur Municipality. The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad, vide reference 2nd read above has furnished necessary proposals to Government. After careful examination , Government have issued articles of charges against Sri M.Prakash Babu, the then Revenue Inspector, Yemmiganur Municipality under Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal ) Rules, 1991, vide reference 3rd read above and the said Charged Officer has submitted his WSD to the charges, vide reference 4th read above. On examination of the matter, this case was entrusted to Inquiry Authority, vide reference 5th read above. 2. In the reference 6th read above, the Enquiry Officer has brought to the notice of the Government that the above charged officer was expired on 05.08.2010 and submitted copy of Death Certificates and requested the Government for issue of necessary orders as charged officers were expired. 3 Government after careful examination of the matter have decided to abate further disciplinary action against late Sri M.Prakash Babu, the then Revenue Inspector, Yemmiganur Municipality (Now expired), Accordingly, Government hereby abate further disciplinary action against Sri M.Prakash Babu, the then Revenue Inspector, Yemmiganur Municipality, as the charged officer has expired on 05.08.2010. 4. The Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall take necessary action for payment of pensionary benefits to the legal heir.
