Dated: 16-03-2013. * * * O R D E R : In the reference 2nd read above, the DMA has requested the Government to issue Administrative Sanction orders for an amount of Rs.100.00 lakhs (Rupees One Crore only) from the 4th quarter releases from the financial year 2011-12 for implementation of Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Municipal Areas. 2. In the G.O 3rd above, Finance (Expr. MA &UD & EFS& T) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.100.00 Lakhs(Rupees One Crore only) , towards 4th and final quarter of the Budget Estimate for the year 2011-12 to the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad. 3. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.100.00 Lakhs (Rupees one crore only), under Plan Scheme” Mission for Elimination of poverty in Municipal Area as 4th quarter of the Budget Estimate for the year 2011-12 to the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (OP) Department shall draw the amount of Rs.100.00 Lakhs (Rupees One Crore only) sanctioned in para 3 above and adjust the same to P.D. Account No.1/43 of C&DMA, Hyderabad. 5. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to authorize to adjust the amount sanctioned in para 3 above to the P.D. Account No.1/43 of C&DMA, Hyderabad. 6. The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 3 above and adjust the same to the P.D. Account No. 1/43 by preferring an adjustment bill with Pay and Accounts Officer, B.R.K.R. Branch, Hyderabad so as to pass the same to the Mission Director, MEPMA. 7. The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary further action and furnish the expenditure particulars and Utilization certificates to the Accountant General, A.P., Hyderabad and also to this Department. 8.
