Explanation and WSD of Smt. Kaveti Nirmala, Asst. Engineer, O/o EE, Division No. 10, GHMC, Hyderabad. *** ORDER: Whereas, in the reference first read above, charges were framed against Smt. Kaveti Nirmala, Assistant. Engineer, O/o Executive Engineer, Division No. 10, Greater Hyderabad Municipal corporation, Hyderabad for not making entries in the dispatch register about the two work orders, under Rule 20 of A.P. Civil services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991. 2. And whereas, in the reference 2nd read above, Smt. Kaveti Nirmala, Assistant Engineer O/o Executive Engineer, Division No. 10, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad has submitted her written statement of defence. 3. Whereas the Government after careful examination of the written statement of defence submitted by the Charged Officer vide reference 2nd read above, have decided to appoint an Enquiry Officer to enquire into the charges framed against Smt. Kaveti Nirmala, Asst. Engineer, O/o Executive Engineer, Division No. 10, GHMC, Hyderabad and appoint Presenting Officer in this case under Rule 20 of A.P. Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991. 4. Government therefore an exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991 hereby appoint Sri A. Ashwini Kumar, SE (PH) West Circle, Hyderabad as Enquiry Officer to enquire into the charges framed against the Charged Officer. 5. The Enquiry Officer shall conduct enquire as per the procedure laid down in A.P. Civil services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991 and submit the enquiry report within two months from the date of receipt of this order to Government.
