From the GA(COI-R) Department, U.O.Note No.23/COI-R/2012, Dated 4.2.2012. ** ** ** ORDER: Whereas in the reference 1st read above, Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS., Member, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration Department was appointed as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed against Sri M.A.Basheer, Asst. City Planner, Town Planning Wing of Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad, Secunderabad and 5 others under Rule 20 of A.P.Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991. The enquiry report is still awaited. 2. Meanwhile, in the reference 2nd read above, the General Administration (COI-R) Department, have informed that Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS., Commissioner of Inquiries was retired from service on attaining age of superannuation on 31.12.2011 and the case has been re-assigned to Sri Jitender, IPS (J), Commissioner of Inquires and requested to issue revised orders in the matter. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub rule (2) of rule 20 of APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991, the disciplinary authority hereby appoint Sri Jitender, IPS (J), Commissioner of Inquires as Inquiring Authority in place of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS., Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration Department to inquire into the charges framed against Sri M.A.Basheer, ACP, Town Planning Wing of MCH, Secunderabad and 5 others. 4. The Inquiring Authority will furnish the report within three months.
