Rama Murthy Varma, Legal Consultant, Lr.No.Nil, Dt:12-12-2011 and 04-01-2012. **** O R D E R:- In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued constituting Committee to renegotiate the terms and conditions of the Joint Venture Agreement entered into between Nizam Sugars Limited and Delta Paper Mills Limited and all other issues connected therewith and incidental thereto. In the G.O. 2nd read above, orders were issued appointing Sri M.Rama Murthy Varma as Legal Consultant to assist the Committee of Officials in renegotiating Joint Venture Agreement entered into between Nizam Sugars Limited and Delta Paper Mills Limited and all other issues connected therewith and incidental therewith for a period of one year. The term has expired by 24-03-2011. In the G.O. third read above orders were issued for extending the term of Sri. M. Rama Murthy Varma, Additional District and Session Judge (Retd) as Legal Consultant for a period of six months to assit the Committee of officials on the terms and conditions detailed therein. One of the terms and conditions is that payment of remuneration of a lumpsum of Rs. 4.50 lakhs per six months will be paid to him on a monthly pro rata basis. He has taken up the assignment on 28-10-2011. 2. In the reference 4th read above Sri M.Rama Murthy Varma, Legal Consultant has furnished a bill with a request to pay an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- towards remuneration charges for the period from 28-10-2011 to 27-11-2011 and 28-11-2011 to 27-12-2011 (2 months) as per terms and conditions stipulated in the G.O.3rd read above. Accordingly, Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- for payment of remuneration charges to Sri M.Rama Murthy Varma, Legal Consultant for the period from 28-10-2011 to 27-11-2011 and 28-11-2011 to 27-12-2011. 4. The amount sanctioned in para (3) above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451-Secretariat Economic Services – MH-090-Secretariat – GH (11)- NSP-SH-21-Public Enterprises Department-280-Professional Services-284-other Payments in Plan Budget. 5. The Public Enterprises (OP) Department will draw the amount in favour of Sri M.Rama Murhy Varma, Legal Consultant, (Retd.). 6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
