State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad towards the supply of Petrol, Diesel and Lubricants etc., of Govt. vehicles of this Department in the month of January, 2012 in relaxation of ceiling limit exceeded to Government vehicle No. AP 9 AX 3399 which is being used by the Special Secretary to Govt. (PKJ), MA&UD Department. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account under “2251- Secretariat Social Services – MH – 090 –Secretariat –SH-07 – MA&UD Department – 240 –Petrol, Oil and Lubricants. 3. The MA & UD Department (OP-Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (1) above to the District Manager, A.P. State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad, in their A/c.No.52088415021, SBH, Secretariat, Hyderabad. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
