ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.74,623/- (Rupees
Seventy four thousand six hundred and twenty three only) to the District
Manager, A.P. State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad towards
the supply of Petrol, Diesel and Lubricants etc., of Govt. vehicles of this
Department in the month of February’ 2012.
2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account under
“2251- Secretariat Social Services – MH – 090 –Secretariat –SH-07 –
MA&UD Department – 240 –Petrol, Oil and Lubricants.
3. The Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department
(OP-Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in
para (1) above to the District Manager, A.P. State Civil Supplies
Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad, in their A/c.No.52088415021, SBH,
Secretariat, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
