MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (E1) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 394 Dated:27 -03-2012 >>>>o<<<<< ORDER: Whereas inquiry under Rule-20 of APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991 is being held against Smt V.V.Kanya Kumari, the then Commissioner, Sri V.Ravindra, Commissioner, and Sri M.V.Ramana, the then TPBO., of Mandapeta Municipality, East Godavari District, for allowing Illegal construction of building at Mandapeta Municipality, East Godavari District. Whereas it is considered that an Inquiring authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against Smt V.V.Kanya Kumari, the then Commissioner, Sri V.Ravindra, Commissioner, and Sri M.V.Ramana, the then TPBO., of Mandapeta Municipality, East Godavari District, for allowing Illegal construction of building at Mandapeta Municipality. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule-20 of the said rule, the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Sri Sai Srikanth, Additional Commissioner, Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation, as inquiry officer to inquire into the charges framed against the said officers. The Enquiry Officer is requested to submit his report to Government within One month.
