In the reference first read above, orders were issued permitting
Sri K. Manicka Raj, IAS., (AP:2005) presently working as Project Director & Special
Collector, LA, Outer Ring Road Project to proceed on Foreign Assignment with the
National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), UNDP in Jammu and Kashmir as State
Representative for a period of One Year with immediate effect.
2. Consequently, Sri K. Bhaskar, IAS., Managing Director, A.P. Municipal
Development Project is placed in full additional charge of the post of Project
Director and Special Collector, Outer Ring Road, Hyderabad until further orders.
