From the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad Lr.Roc.No.6589/2012/C3, Dated 26.3.2012. *** ORDER: Where as it has brought to the notice of the Government that a case has been registered against Sri.A.Sai Reddy, Municipal Commissioner, Kamareddy in Police Station, Kamareddy vide FIR No.93/2012, dated 20.3.2012 u/s 2(i)(x) SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 r/w Sec.323, 504, 506 IPC on the allegation that he had abused Sri.J.Nagaiah, Junior Assistant, Kamareddy Municipality. Further Sri. A.Sai Reddy, Municipal Commissioner, Kamareddy is habitually using vulgar language against staff members under influence of alcohol and there is wide spread of allegations of corruption against Sri. A.Sai Reddy, Municipal Commissioner, Kamareddy.. 2. And where as disciplinary proceedings against Sri.A.Sai Reddy, Municipal Commissioner, Kamareddy on his own pay are contemplated. 3. And where as the Government after careful consideration of the available material and having due regard to the circumstances of the case, are satisfied that it is necessary to place Sri. A.Sai Reddy, Municipal Commissioner, Kamareddy on his own pay under suspension. 4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (i) of rule 8 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, the Government hereby place the said Sri. A.Sai Reddy, Municipal Commissioner, Kamareddy on his own pay under suspension from the date of communication of this order and he shall continue to be under suspension in the public interest until the conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings contemplated against him. 5. It is further ordered that during the period this order remains in force the headquarters of Sri. A.Sai Reddy, Municipal Commissioner, Kamareddy on his own pay shall be Kamareddy and the said Sri. A.Sai Reddy, Municipal Commissioner, Kamareddy on his own pay shall not leave the headquarters without obtaining the previous permission of the Government. Contd..2…-::2::- 6. It is further ordered that during the period of suspension, Sri. A.Sai Reddy, Municipal Commissioner, Kamareddy on his own pay shall be paid subsistence allowance as per rules in vogue. 7.
