Letter No.7359/OP/A1/2011, M.W (OP) Dept., dated 27-01-2012) 3.From M/s.Naksha Solutions, Begumpet, Hyd, Invoice No.NS/47B/2012, dated 06-02-2012. ******* ORDER: In terms of the orders issued in the reference first read above and indent placed in the Government letter read above, sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.2,460/- (Rupees Two thousand four hundred and sixty only) towards purchase of Stationary items (Personnel Registers) from M/s.Naksha Solutions, Begampet, Hyderabad, which quoted lowest Prices for use in the Department, duly following the procedure. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (1) above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “2225 – Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes : 80 – General : M.H.001 – Direction and Administration : SH (01) – Head quarters office : 130 - Office Expenses : 131 – Service Postage, Telegrams and Telephones”. 3. The Drawing Officer, Minorities Welfare (OP-Claims) Department is requested to draw and pay the amount to M/s. Naksha Solutions, Begampet, Hyderabad. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules and orders in force.
