O R D E R :
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.735/- (Rupees Seven
hundred and thirty five only) to Md. Ameen, News Paper and Magazines Supplier,
Hyderabad towards supply of news papers and Magazines supplied to the Principal
Secretary to Government, Public Enterprises Department for the month of January, 2012.
2. The Expenditure sanctioned at para (1) above shall be debited to “3451 –
Secretariat Economic Services – MH.090 – Secretariat – SH (21) – Public Enterprises
Department – 130 Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses” (Non-Plan).
3. The Public Enterprises (Claims) Department are requested to draw the amount
sanctioned in para (1) above by way of a crossed cheque in favour of Sri Vinod K.
Agrawal, I.A.S., Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in
force.
