2) From the Spl. Secretary to Govt., along with news paper &
Magazine Bills Dt.18.02.12, dt.18.03.2012.

O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1500/- (Rupees
Fifteen hundred only) to Sri P.K.Jha, IFS., Special Secretary to
Government, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department,
towards the News Paper charges of the officer for the months of January
and February, 2012 (two months).
2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account under
“2251 - Secretariat Social Services - - M.H. – 090 - Secretariat – SH 07-
MA&UD Dept. – 130 - Office expenses – 132 - Other Office expenses”.
3. The Municipal Administration and Urban Development (OP-Claims)
Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in
para (1) above to Sri P.K.Jha, IFS., Special Secretary to Government, MA
& UD Department in their A/c. No.52078005026, SBH, Secretariat,
Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance
Department as per the orders in force.
