Read the following :- G.O.Rt.No. 506, Finance (Expr.SW) Department, Dated: 14.02.2012. …………… ORDER:- In the G.O. read above, Finance (Expr.SW) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.21,75,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Lakhs and Seventy Five thousands only) being 4th quarter Budget Provision in the financial year 2011-12 towards Assistance to Urdu Academy A.P under Non-Plan funds and requested to issue Administrative Sanction Order. 2. In terms of the Budget Release Order issued above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for incurring an expenditure of Rs.21,75,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Lakhs and Seventy Five thousands only) towards 4th quarter provision of the Budget Estimates for the financial year 2011-12 towards Assistance to Urdu Academy A.P under Non-Plan funds. 3. The Expenditure shall be debited to the following head of account as detailed below:- “2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs 80 - General MH-800 – Other Expenditure SH (07) - Assistance to Urdu Academy (NON-PLAN) 310/311 - Grant in aid towards salaries 312 - OGIA” 4. The Urdu Academy of A.P, Hyderabad has the following P.D. Account and respective amounts shall be debited and adjusted to :- Urdu Academy of Credit Head : 8448 – Deposits of Local Fund, MH : 110 – Andhra Pradesh Education Fund, SH : 32 – Deposits of Urdu Academy, PD A/c No. G.A. 24 5. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., Assistant Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare (OP/Claims) Department is authorized to draw and disburse the amount as detailed at para 3 above in favour of the Institution for implementation of the Schemes.
