Read the following :- G.O.Rt.No. 505, Finance (Expr.SW) Department, Dated: 14.02.2012. …………… ORDER:- In the G.O. read above, Finance (Expr.SW) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.2,42,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Forty Two thousands only) being 3rd and 4th quarter Budget Provision in the financial year 2011-12 towards Assistance to Cash Grants, Yomias and Mamools under Non-Plan funds and requested to issue Administrative Sanction Order. 2. In terms of the Budget Release Order issued above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for incurring an expenditure of Rs.2,42,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Forty Two thousands only) being 3rd and 4th quarter provision of the Budget Estimates for the financial year 2011-12 towards Assistance to Cash Grants, Yomias and Mamools under Non-Plan funds. 3. The Expenditure shall be debited to the following head of account as detailed below:- “2075 - Miscellaneous General Services MH-104 – Pensions and Awards in Consideration of Distinguished Services SH (06) - Assistance to Cash Grants Yomias and Mamools (NON-PLAN) 310/312 - OGIA” 4. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., the District Minorities Welfare Officer, Hyderabad is authorized to draw and disburse the amounts as detailed at para 3 above in favour of the institutions for implementation of the schemes.
