Secretariat, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs. 2,01,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and One Thousand only) towards payment of backlog bills pertaining to Outsourced employee Typist, Office of the District Minorities Welfare Officer, Hyderabad as additional funds under NON - PLAN Schemes of 2011-12, in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders subject to obtaining funds by way of Supplementary Grant during 2011-12 at an appropriate time and requested to issue Administrative Sanction Order. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for incurring an expenditure of Rs. 2,01,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and One Thousand only) being Budget Provision for the financial year 2011-12 from Non - Plan funds B.E. 2011-12 towards payment of backlog bills pertaining to Outsourced employee Typist, Office of the District Minorities Welfare Officer, Hyderabad. 3. The Expenditure on account of the above shall be debited to the following head of account “2225 – 80 – General, MH 001 – Direction and Administration S.H (03) District Offices 300 – Other Contractual Services (to be opened).” 4. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., Assistant Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare (OP/Claims) Department is authorized to draw and disburse the amount as detailed at para (2) in favour of the Institution for implementation of the Schemes.
