O R D E R :
In the representation 2nd read above Sri. K. Narsi Reddy, Record Assistant, Public
Enterprises Department has submitted medical bills for Rs.4,386/- for reimbursement of
medical expenses incurred for self treatment at Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat.
The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad has
scrutinized the medical bills and recommended for sanction of an amount of
Rs.4,386/- as admissible amount, vide reference 4th read above.
2. In terms of the orders issued in the G.O. first read above and under Rule 5(2) of
the APIMA Rules, 1972, Sri. K. Narsi Reddy, Record Assistant, Public Enterprises
Department is sanctioned an amount of Rs.4,386/- (Rupees Four thousand three hundred
and eighty six only) towards reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred by him.
3. The above expenditure sanctioned at para (2) above shall be debited to the Head
of Account under which the pay of the individual is drawn.
4. The P.E. (Claims) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in
para (2) above and disburse the amount to the individual.
