Rs.75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy five lakhs only) towards 4thquarter Budget Provision in the
financial year 2011-12 towards Assistance to Maintenance of Minority Girls Residential
Schools under the Plan Schemes – Administrative Sanction –Orders – Issued.

ORDER:-
In the G.O. read above, Finance (Expr.BG.IV)) Department have issued re appropriation
Order for an amount of Rs.3,00,00,000/- (Rupees three crores only) under “MH-800-GH-11-
SH(14) Minority Girls Residential Schools”
2. Based on the above, Finance (Expr. S.W.) Dept. vide their G.O. second read above, have
issued Budget Release Order to the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad
for an amount of Rs. 3,00,00,000/- (Rupees three crores only)towards Assistance to
Maintenance of Minority Girls Residential Schools under the Plan funds of B.E.2011-2012
and requested to issue administrative Sanction Order.
3. Accordingly in the G.O. 3rd and 4th read above administrative sanction orders were
issued for incurring an expenditure of Rs.1,50,00,000/-(Rupees One crore fifty lakhs only) and
Rs. 75,00,000/-(Rupees Seventy Five lakhs only) as 1st ,2nd, and 3rd quarter provision of the
Budget Estimates for the financial year 2011-12 towards Assistance to Maintenance of
Minority Girls Residential Schools under the Plan Schemes.
4. Based on the re-appropriation orders and BROs issued in the G.Os 1st ,2nd and 3rd
read above , administrative sanction orders for an amount of Rs.75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy
five lakhs only is now released as 4th quarter funds towards Assistance to Maintenance of
Minority Girls Residential Schools under the Plan funds of B.E.2011-12.
The Expenditure shall be debited to the following head of account as detailed below:-
“2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs
80 - General
MH-800 – Other Expenditure
GH-11 - NSP
SH (14) - Assistance to Maintenance of Minority
Girls Residential Schools
310/311 - Grants –in –aid towards salaries
Rs.25,00,000/-
310/312 - Other Grants-In-Aid(to be opened)
Rs.50,00,000/-
The amount indicated at para 5 above shall be debited and adjusted to APSMFC Crdit Head:
Credit Head: 8449- Other Deposits ,MH:120-Miscellaneous Deposits. SH(38) Deposits of
A.P.State Minorities Finance Corporation P.D.Acc.No.35.
(PTO)The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., Assistant Secretary to Government, Minorities
Welfare (OP/Claims) Department is authorized to draw and disburse the amount as detailed at
para ( ) above in favour of the Institution for implementation of the Scheme.
The institution concerned is requested to achieve the target fixed for implementation of the
scheme.
