MINORITIES WELFARE DEPARTMENT – Budget Estimates 2011-2012 –
Sanction of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One crore Only) towards Assistance
for Construction of Shadikhana at Mahal Village, Kalikiri Mandal and
Gurramkonda Village and Mandal, in Chittoor District under the Plan funds
– Administrative Sanction – Orders – Issued.

1. G.O.Rt.No.298, Minorities Welfare (Wakf.III) Department,

O R D E R :-
In the G.O. 1st read above, Government accorded administrative approval for
sanction of an amount of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One crore Only) towards
Assistance for Construction of Shadikhanas @ Rs.50.00 lakhs each at
Mahal Village, Kalikiri Mandal and Gurramkonda Village and Mandal, in
Chittoor District.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, the Finance (Expr-Sw) Department have
issued Budget Release Order (BRO) to the Minorities Welfare Department,
A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees
One crore Only) towards Assistance for Construction of Shadikhanas @
Rs.50.00 lakhs each at Mahal Village, Kalikiri Mandal and Gurramkonda
Village and Mandal, in Chittoor District under the Plan fund of Budget
Estimates 2011-12 as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury control
orders and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by way
of Supplementary grants during 2011-2012.
3. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for
incurring an expenditure of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees one crore Only)
towards “Assistance for Construction of Shadikhanas @ Rs.50.00 lakhs
each at Mahal Village, Kalikiri Mandal and Gurramkonda Village and
Mandal, in Chittoor District under the Plan fund.
4. The expenditure of Rs. Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees one crore Only)
towards “Assistance for Construction of Shadikhanas at @ Rs.50.00 lakhs
each at Mahal Village, Kalikiri Mandal and Gurramkonda Village and
Mandal, in Chittoor District shall be debited to the following Head of
Account:
“2225 - Welfare of Scs, ST & OBCs,
80 - General,
800 - Other Expenditure
GH-11 - Normal State Plan
SH (25) - Assistance for Construction of Urdu Ghar Cum
Shadikhana.
310/312 – Other Grants-in-Aid”

5. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., Assistant Secretary to
Government, Minorities Welfare (OP/Claims) Department is authorized to
draw and disburse the amounts as detailed at Para 4 above in favour of
Director/Secretary, Urdu Academy Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad for
implementing the Scheme. The Credit Head of Urdu Academy is as
indicated below :-
“8448 – Deposit of Local Fund
MH-110 – Education Fund
SH (32) – Deposits of Urdu Academy
PD Account No. GA/24”
6. The Director/Secretary, Urdu Academy Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is
directed to release the amount sanctioned to the Collector and District
Magistrate, Chittoor District and also send the necessary appropriation
proposals to Government during the current financial year 2011-12.
7. The Collector and District Magistrate, Chittoor District is also
requested to send the progress report and utilization certificate to
Government and ensure that the Shadikhanas are completed as early as
possible and they are kept ready for utilization.
